PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for on-vehicle equipment attachable without restriction by size (depth length) of on-vehicle equipment such as audio equipment and capable of enhancing fitting workability and assembly accuracy of the on-vehicle equipment and securing attaching strength of the on-vehicle equipment, while having an impact energy absorbing function. SOLUTION: Both side faces 2a, 2b of the on-vehicle equipment (for example, audio equipment 2) are fixed with supporting members 16a, 16b attached to a vehicle body strength member (for example, steering support member 3).
