The foil or membrane (5) is made of titanium which is continuously deformable and which has a thickness of less than 0.1 mm, e.g. 0.025 mm, with at least ne of its surfaces having a roughened profile. The foil or membrane can be cut into rectangular sections measuring 3cm by 4cm and treated by suspension in a chemical bath while subjected to HF or ultrasonic oscillations. The foil or membrane is secured to the bone (1) via a nail (8) with a rounded head and a nail shaft with sawtooth edges.
