摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly analyze monochlorobenzene as a substitute index of dioxins in exhaust gas of a waste incinerator with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: A high-speed analyzing instrument for monochlorobenzene consists of an osmotic device 1 wherein hollow fiber membranes 10 made of a silicone resin are housed in an outer pipe 11, a suction pump 13 for evacuating the outer pipe 11 of the osmotic device 1, an adsorbing pipe 2 filled with an adsorbent and a gas chromatograph device 4. The atmospheric pressure in the outer pipe 11 is made lower than that in the hollow fiber membranes of the osmotic device 1 to pass exhaust gas through the hollow parts of the hollow fiber membranes 10 and monochlorobenzene in the exhaust gas is effectively permeated through the hollow fiber membranes 10 to be discharged to the outside and adsorbed by the adsorbing pipe 2 to be trapped and measured by the gas chromatograph device 4.
