PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a mounting frame body of a retrofitted shutter on an exterior wall surface without permitting a partial recess to occur due to screwing in a board of an exterior wall, into which the mounting frame body is screwed, even if the board is a soft material. SOLUTION: When the mounting frame body of the retrofitted shutter is mounted on the exterior wall surface along the outside of an existing window, a wall attachment is interposed between the exterior wall surface of an existing dwelling and the mounting frame body of the retrofitted shutter, and an area of mounting on the exterior wall surface is made larger so as to make the mounting frame body mounted reliably without the occurrence of the recess in the exterior wall surface.
