摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum (hereinafter, referred to as Al) alloy material which does not cause problems with respect to the disposal of waste solution and the reduction of operability (the increase of dangerousness caused by fluoride) as in the conventional techniques and further has excellent phosphate treatability in its production and phosphate treatment therefor, and to provide a production method therefor. SOLUTION: (1) In the Al alloy material having excellent phosphate treatability, a surface layer containing metallic zinc and fluoride is deposited on the surface of an Al alloy material by the coating weight of >=0.05 g/m2. (2) In the production method for the Al alloy material having excellent phosphate treatability, the surface of an Al alloy material is brought into contact with a liquid containing tetrafluoroboric ions or hexafluorosilicic ions, so that a surface layer containing metallic zinc and a fluoride is formed on the surface of the Al alloy material.
