摘要 PURPOSE: A method for determining reduction ratios at each mill stand during cold rolling is provided to reduce expenses and increase reliability of product by easily preventing generation of heat scratches through adjustment of reduction ratio per stands only without installation or replacement of a facility for changing cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a reduction ratio determination method for changing reduction ratio per each stands in case that temperature of strip is higher than a set temperature by inputting and calculating data for rolling conditions of a continuous cold rolling mill, the method for determining reduction ratios at each mill stand during cold rolling is characterized in that reduction ratio is distributed so that the total reduction ratio (γtotal) satisfies the following expressions (A) and (B) as satisfying (γ)total=(H1-Hf/H1) (H1: thickness of hot rolled coil, Hf: thickness of final product):£Expression A|, γj*=α1γj (j: a stand reached the maximum temperature), £Expression B|, γi*=α2γj (i: rest of stands except j), where 0.93<α1<0.96, and 1.01<α2<1.03, wherein the set temperature of strip is 180 deg.C.
