PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice recorder/reproducer with which a user himself/ herself who is the owner of a voice file can safely manage the erasing and modification of the voice file. SOLUTION: User ID recorded on the header of the voice file is read when there is an erasing operation, overwrite recording operation, insert recording operation, or header information modification operation for a voice file recorded on a flash memory card 8. The user ID is compared with user ID recorded on and read from a memory provided in the system control part 6 of the voice recorder/player. Only when both coincide, implementation operations related to the operations are permitted. When both do not coincide, the implementation operations are prohibited, and the warning of the operations being prohibited is performed with a display part 9 and a loudspeaker 14. |
