PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a covered roller or a belt which tends to generate little partial thickness in a rubber layer, capable of forming the rubber layer having a uniform thickness, even if the rubber layer is thin, capable of imparting the thickness distribution in the shaft direction to the rubber layer when necessary, and is superior in productivity. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the covered roller or the belt includes respective processes of a process of forming an applying layer by spirally winding liquid rubber on the surface of a core base material by continuously moving a supply part of a dispenser in the rotary shaft direction of the core base material, when continuously supplying the liquid rubber to the surface of the core base material by the dispenser, while rotating the core base material, and a process of forming the rubber layer on the core base material by hardening the liquid rubber. The covered roller or belt is obtained by the manufacturing method. |
