PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the entry of a train into a charged section corresponding to a signal supplying device when no more different signals can be supplied from the signal supplying device in a signal supply system for a train. SOLUTION: A second signal supplying device corresponding to a second charged section acquires that all signal supplying parts of a fist signal supplying device corresponding to a first charged section are in operating states from the first signal supplying device, and it determines a regulation speed so as to stop the train 12 (12a) in the second charged section (a divided section 30T adjacent to an exit of the second charged section).
