PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device module having high muffling capability against noise generated from an engine with a simple structure. SOLUTION: An air cleaner 30 is installed above a head cover 10 mounted on a cylinder head. Fitting parts 20 are disposed on a top plate part 11 of the head cover 10, and slot parts 23 are formed on the fitting parts 20. Projecting parts 40 formed on a lower casa 32 of the air cleaner 30 can be fitted into the slot parts 23 of the fitting parts 20. Since the fitting parts 20 and the projecting parts 40 are formed surrounding a certain area, a closed space part 50 is formed by fitting the air cleaner 30 to the head cover 10. Since the space part 50 muffles the engine noise passing through the head cover 10 made of a resin, the muffling capability against the noise generated from the engine can be enhanced.
