FRAME FOR MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for a multiple dwelling house of a structural method excellent in earthquake resistance by achieving a structure designed for a multiple dwelling house as a rigid-frame structure with about 10 m or larger span in both beam and girder directions without earthquake-resistant walls. SOLUTION: The frame for a multiple dwelling house comprises: a rigid-frame habitable section skeletal construction 10 consisting of inner columns 1 disposed in positions where they surround a habitable section and beams 2 and 3 interconnecting the inner columns 1: and rigid-frame common-section skeletal structures 11 and 12, with each of the common-section skeletal structures having outer columns 4 added to both of the outer sides of the construction 10 and disposed in positions where they approximately coincide with an extension line in the span direction, span-direction tie beams 5 tying the inner columns 1 and the outer columns 4 together, and girder-direction tie beams 6 interconnecting the outer columns.
