PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic boundary block facilitating the execution and having a drainage structure causing no flowing water or collapse of a surface layer on the road side in a water permeable pavement having a traffic boundary. SOLUTION: A longitudinal overall length drain 4 of the block is provided on the side of a roadway side and/or a sidewalk side of the block 1, and the drain is so formed that a cylinder material 5 making one side as a water permeable surface is embedded in the block 1 by exposing one side. For the traffic boundary block having the apron, the drain 4 can be also provided to the upper surface of the apron 3. The drain 4 of the block having the constitution is located on a boundary between a roadway and/or a permeable layer of a sidewalk and a non-permeable layer to set.
