PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile foundation structure which can exert excellent earthquake resistant performance and base-isolation performance. SOLUTION: According to the pile foundation structure, a pile head 2a which is an upper surface of a foundation pile 2, and a footing 6 arranged above the same, are connected to each other via a pin connecting means 7 which is formed by filling an elastic member 10 between a lower portion bearing member 9 fixed to the pile head 2a and an upper portion bearing member 8 fixed to a lower surface of the footing 6. The lower portion bearing member 9 includes a connecting pipe 93 having a predetermined length H and hanging from a lower surface of the lower portion bearing member 9, and the connecting pipe 93 engages with the pile head 2a, whereby the lower portion bearing member is fixed to the foundation pile 2. Further, a resin material 13 is filled into a gap between the connecting pipe 93 and the pile head 2a, as needed, and then it is hardened.
