METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OIL OF RICE OIL, RICE OIL AND RICE BRAN OIL CAKE OBTAINED FROM THE SAME METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an oil of a fresh rice oil having a low acid value by which the possibility of decomposition or deterioration of the rice oil and active ingredients contained in the rice oil can be excluded to the utmost and oil manufacturing of the rice oil and active ingredients contained in the essential rice bran can directly be carried out and to obtain the fresh rice oil and rice bran oil cake. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the oil comprises instantaneously charging a rice bran 36 obtained from a grain polishing machine 1 into a hydrolysis preventing device 2 and then pressing a fresh rice oil 7 having a low acid value with an oil press 3. In the process, the moisture content of rice bran is preferably regulated to <=5% with a steaming moisture controlling machine prior to the pressing with the oil press 3. Further, a filtrate oil of the rice oil 7 obtained by the method for manufacturing the oil or a rice oil by taking out the supernatant of the rice oil 7 and the subsequently taken out rice bran oil cake are provided.
