PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ABS resin composition which has excellent heat resistance and can achieve flame retardancy having a UL 94 standard of V-2 level or higher. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a resin component (component A) containing ABS resin in an amount of at least 60 wt.% and (B) 1 to 70 pts.wt. of a specific cyclic organic phosphorus compound (component B).
