PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topical application composition which has a more excellent touch than the unpleasant touches, such as irritative touch, of topical application preparations containing an anti-allergic medicine; tranilast or its salt. SOLUTION: This topical application composition is characterized by formulating an anti-allergic medicine having an unpleasant touch on a topical application and a volatile essential oil ingredient.
