SOLUTION: Two end edges 2 of the short sides of a rectangular base material sheet 10 comprising a synthetic resin are parallelly bent so as to become left and right symmetry with respect to the center line 3 of the base material sheet 10 without being overlapped with the center line 3 to form bent parts 31 and the mutual end edges of one of the long sides of the base material sheet 10 are respectively integrated to form fixed parts 4 right-angled to the center line 3 and becoming left and right symmetry with respect to the center line 3 and the base material sheet 10 is formed so as to be freely opened and closed along the bent part 30 bent along the center line 3.
