PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean method of cultivating the agricultural and marine products at a low cost with respect to an agricultural and marine product cultivating method for the floriculture cultivation and the cultivating fishery. SOLUTION: In this agricultural and marine product cultivating device having a horizontal shaft large wind power generator having the output of 1.5 mega watts or more, an agricultural product cultivating tower and a marine product cultivating tower are used in common as a lower rotor blade supporting tower of the large wind power generator, and the device is not connected to a commercial power network to cultivate the agricultural and marine products. |
