PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress exhaustion of battery and reliably enhance crime- prevention properties while increasing convenience to an occupant during unlocking of a door of a vehicle and lighting of a lamp for illuminating the periphery of the vehicle when an unlocking signal from a transmitter 1 is received. SOLUTION: Plural lamps (right and left door mirror lights 22) are provided on the side of a driver seat and the side of a passenger seat, respectively. When the unlocking signal from the transmitter 1 is received so as to turn on the lights 22, the timing of lighting of the light 22 on the side of the driver seat is delayed with respect to that of the lighting of the light 22 on the side of the passenger seat.
