PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize efficient control and simulation which does not use an actual process. SOLUTION: This oil stockpiling system equipped with a stockpiling server where a sequence control program is set is characterized by that a petroleum operation system which is composed of a control computer system and controls a controlled system according to the sequence control program, a fire prevention and extinguishments system which is composed of a control computer system and equipped with functions of detecting a disaster and actuating fire extinguishing facilities and so on, and a service system which is composed of a control computer system and functions as utilities for data management and facilities regarding saved crude oil are connected by one control bus sending and receiving data among the respective systems.
