PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an eye drop or a nasal drop effective against allergic conjunctivitis, allergic rhinitis, etc. SOLUTION: This aqueous solution comprises a nitroimidazole compound represented by the formula (1) (wherein, R1 and R2 denote each a 1-6C straight- chain or branched chain lower alkyl group which may have a substituent group; and n denotes an integer of 1-4) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt.
