SOLUTION: A heat insulating box 18 is provided by foam filling a heat insulating material 18C between an outer box 18B and an inner box 18A, and comprises a drain outlet 62 formed in a bottom wall of the inner box and a cover member 63, that closes the drain outlet freely to open and close.
