PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marker capable of enhancing the workability of attaching a rocking mechanism to it. SOLUTION: A pendulum body 50 of a laser beam irradiation device is rockably supported on a base member by means of the rocking mechanism 41. The rocking mechanism 41 is equipped with a support shaft 53 provided on the pendulum body 50 side, shaft support parts 51b provided on the base member side, and bearings 57 for rotatably supporting shaft end parts 53a of the support shaft 53 on the support parts 51b. Inner side abutting parts 53b abutting on inner races 57a of the bearings 57 are provided on the end parts 53a. Outer side abutting parts abutting on outer races 57b of the bearings 57 are provided on the support parts 51b. A pressure applying member 56 having the outer side abutting part is screwed in one of the support parts 51b.
