PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering work powder material spreader capable of simply and uniformly spreading a civil engineering work powder material. SOLUTION: A discharging rotational shaft 5 forming a mesh or a helical projection stripe 5 on the outside thereof is provided to a discharging window section 4 of a wheeled box body 1 opening the discharging window section 4 below. A wheel 7 and the discharging rotational shaft 5 is connected to engage with each other. The civil engineering work powder material 3 is formed of a powdered asphalt.
