PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide trousers having a unique structure to prevent the slip down of a hem and capable of suppressing the trouble of the slip down of the hem on the stool. SOLUTION: A tubular part 1 is suspended on the inner wall P1 of trouser P at the part under the knee with an upper connection part 2 in a state enabling the passage of the foot of the wearing person. The tubular part is elastically fit to the part under the knee of the wearing person. The upper end of a lower connection part 3 is connected to the tubular part and the lower end of the lower connection part 3 is connected to the inner wall surface P1 at a part below the connecting part of the upper end. The slip down of the hem can be suppressed by this structure even by shifting the belt part of the trousers below the waist.
