PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the ejecting direction of liquid drops becomes irregular. SOLUTION: A nozzle plate 43 comprises an organic resin member 71 and a high rigidity member 72 laid in layer wherein a water repellent film 74 is formed on the surface of the organic resin member 71 by spraying mist of a water repellent agent thereto.
