<p>PURPOSE:To keep the term of production by deciding the priority of works for a group of lots which is in process in each production process, based on the target term of production. CONSTITUTION:The completion date of each process for each lot is computed based on both the standard manhours required by each process in the procedure of production lots and a target production term determined when the production has been started. A system keeping the term of production for the whole of the lots can be built up by controlling a progress control system in such a way that each lot which is behind the scheduled completion date out of a group of lots in process in each production process, shall be preferentially processed.</p> |
