The present invention describes improvements to a remodeling adjustable camisole, in which the garment has an abdominal and back support, formed by a garment principal anterior member (10) at the front and a garment principal posterior member (20) at the back, having as main function to provide the abdominal and lumbar pressure that the organism losses with time. The lost pressure is recovered with the depicted garment, and also it corrects the problems derived of the same. In this function, the mentioned elements have two reinforcements. By the front, it has the abdominal inner reinforcement (30) and by the rear part of the garment, there is the back inner reinforcement (40). As a complement, the garment counts with helping elements for the corrective function such as: weft lateral seams (50) and the finishing of the garment edges.
