PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve defects of slipping-down preventive apparatuses directly equipped in a coverlet cover which is complicated in handling, and easily damaging the coverlet cover and coverlets in a conventional slipping-down preventive coverlet. SOLUTION: For solving the defects, a net 3 is sewn on the periphery with a belt-shape cloth band 2 and a belt-shape rubber band 4, and a belt-shape cloth band 1 is fixed to the end part. The net is constituted so as to connect the opposite side belt-shape cloth band 1 and an attaching detaching part 5 of the belt-shape rubber band 4, to directly cover a coverlet C.
