PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problem that cutting actions vary and all the fibrous roots cannot be sometimes cut because the fibrous root parts are not held in a cutting process in a fibrous root cutting part and the fibrous roots are partially caught an lifted on a cutting blade and the cutting blade does not sometimes operate in the case of mounting a guide plate and cutting performances are unstable through there is a conventionally known bulb crop harvester equipped with a digging part for holding leaves and stems, uprooting the crop and transporting the crop and further provided with the fibrous root cutting part. SOLUTION: This fibrous root cutting apparatus is obtained by connectedly installing a pair of left and right rotors as a device for arranging the fibrous roots and holding the fibrous roots on the feeding side of the fibrous root cutting part, forming the respective rotors into an integral structure of a large-diameter raking part and a small-diameter raking part, providing a relative position where the raking parts are adjacent to the cutting blade and the holding part is to the under side utilizing a step thereof, raking down the fibrous roots, cutting the fibrous roots while holding the fibrous roots with the directly connected holding part and thereby eliminating the dispersion of cutting actions and improving the cutting performances.
