PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide an insect trap of a simple construction, capable of surely trapping insects such as cockroach or increasing trapping rate thereof. SOLUTION: This insect trap 1 is characterized in that a base plate 2 having an adhesive layer 29 and, at each of the both sides of the base plate 2, a side plate 7, a swash side plate 8 and a ceiling plate 3 and a 2nd side plate 7, a 2nd swash side plate 8 and a ceiling plate 4, each divided by crease lines 5, 9 and 10, are set on one sheet, at each of both end sides, end inlets 31 are formed by bending at the crease lines 5, 9 and 10 so as to combiningly assemble ceilings 3 and 4, side inlets 30 are formed by setting cut lines on the surface of the side plates 7 and the swash side plates 8 and leaping parts 12 connected to the lower end of inlet holes forming the side inlets 30 are set in a state so as to incline inward.
