PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge-leveling machine capable of performing a ridge- leveling work on an untreated ridge-leveling part with a sub ridge-leveling mechanism by transferring a mounting member to a side direction in its traveling direction with a transferring mechanism after performing the ridge-leveling work with a main ridge-leveling mechanism, for positioning the sub ridge- leveling mechanism as opposing to the ridge and traveling the traveling machine body along the old ridge. SOLUTION: This ridge-leveling machine is provided by linking a linking member 2 with the traveling machine body 1, installing a mounting member 7 at the linking member as freely transferable to a side direction in its traveling direction and the transferring mechanism 8 for transferring the mounting member, mounting a ridge-leveling machine body 9 at the mounting member, installing a power transmission mechanism 10 and arranging the main ridge- leveling mechanism 28 and the sub ridge-leveling mechanism 29 at the both sides of the ridge-leveling machine body in its traveling direction.
