PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical body counter capable of eliminating clogging of spherical bodies such as pachinko balls when flowing down and facilitated in fitting of a detecting sensor. SOLUTION: A flow-down passage, in which the spherical bodies are rolled for flow-down, is formed, and passage width of the flow-down passage is formed at a width for allowing the flow-down of a plurality of spherical bodies in parallel with each other, and a plurality of spherical body sensors for detecting the spherical body are arranged in parallel with each other in the cross direction of the flow-down passage. The plurality of spherical body detecting sensors correspond to the diameter of one spherical body and the spherical body detecting sensors positioning outside among these sensors are set at a number of the sensor, which does not detect the spherical body. A range, in which the spherical body detecting sensor separately outputs the detecting signal or adjacent spherical body detecting sensors continuously output the detecting signal, is determined as a detection of one spherical body. With this structure, even if the spherical body freely flows down in the cross direction of the flow- down passage, the spherical body can be securely detected as one spherical body.
