<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a medical bag capable of reducing the cost of the medical bag compared with the conventional process. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the medical bag 1A comprises as following processes. (1) A process of urging two sheets 5 composed of a synthetic resin from the top and the bottom by a heating metal mold 1 for forming a groove so as to form the groove 4. (2) A process of installing a transfusion mouth 7 and tubes 8 and 8a in the end part of a supply pin 6, inserting between the two sheets in the previous process (1), disposing the transfusion mouth 7 in such a state as crossing with the groove 4, and welding the ends of the transfusion mouth 7 and the tubes 8 and 8a by a mouth part metal mold from the top and the bottom so as to form a mouth part welding part 9. (3) A process of simultaneously and integrally forming the contour of a protector welding part 11 and a bag-making welding part 10 together with the transfusion mouth 7 welded to the mouth welding part 9 by using a bag-making metal mold. (4) A process of removing an unnecessary sheet 5.</p> |
