PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone dust collector for a vacuum cleaner from which only a dirt recovery bucket can be separated to throw out recovered dirt. SOLUTION: This cyclone dust collector, which is communicated wit the fan motor part of a vacuum cleaner body and centrifuges the dirt sucked through a suction brush, includes a cyclone trunk fixed to the vacuum cleaner body to centrifuge the dirt from sucked air flowing in through the suction brush and having a dirt discharging port for discharging the centrifuged dirt and the dirt recovery bucket attached attachably and detachably to/from the lower side of the cyclone trunk and provided with a dirt feeding port corresponding to the dirt discharging port to recover the dirt fed into the dirt feeding port.
