PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device capable of improving efficiency of fastening work of a fastened object. SOLUTION: This fastening device comprises a body 1, a sector gear 2, a driving gear 6 fitting to the sector gear 2 and turning the body 1 along the sector gear, a spanner part 4 mounted to the body 1, and a moving part 5 for moving the spanner part 4 with respect to the body 1. The spanner part 4 automatically turns with the turning of the body 1, so that a worker is not required to directly operate the spanner part 4 to fasten a hexagonal nut 10 and thus the efficiency of the fastening work of the hexagonal nut 10 can be improved.
