<p>Compounds represented by general formula (I), wherein R1 represents hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, etc.; R2 and R3 each represents hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkoxy, etc.; X represents CH2, O, or NH; A represents a group represented by formula (II)(wherein R7 and R8 each represents hydrogen, alkyl, acyl, alkoxycarbonyl, etc.; and R9 and R10 each represents hydrogen, halogeno, hydroxy, phenyl, alkyl, etc.), etc.; and E represents hydrogen, etc., or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. These compounds have carboxypeptidase B inhibitory activity and are useful for the treatment andor prevention of thrombotic diseases.</p> |
