PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reform an endoscope cleaning device in such a manner that a cleaning brush attached to the cleaning device is reusable without removing the brush from the cleaning device after use. SOLUTION: The endoscope cleaning device 1 has a cleaning drum 3, wires 33 and 34 having brushes 36 and 37 at distal ends in order to clean the pipeline of the endoscope and a diving means for advancing and retreating the wires 33 and 34. A wire housing chamber 41 for rotatably housing reels for taking up the wires 33 and 34 is formed in a water feed path of cleaning water supply ports 11 and 12 of the cleaning drum 3.
