PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment which can be produced simply and can detect ultrasonic waves with high sensitivity and precision, SOLUTION: A supporting means supports a transmission piezoelectric element 41 and a reception piezoelectric element 42 on a substrate 4 supported in parallel to a radial artery 2a so as to have respective widths (a) and (c) being 0.38 to 1.1 mm and to have an interval (b) between then being 0.05 to 4.0 mm. the element 41 transmits ultrasonic waves and the element 42 receives a reflected wave from the radial artery 2a to detect a pulse wave based on the detection result of the detection of pulse waves radiated from the element 41.
