PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal mover of a frame that does not limit the maximum travel distance of a frame to the height of the frame, can adapt itself to a barrier-free arrangement and helps restrain cost increases. SOLUTION: A fixed frame 1a is fixed to a mounting surface, a moving frame 1b is suspended and held movably along a hanger rail 3 by a right angle runner 2b, the ends of a guide member 6 are bended and guided to the lower portions of the fixed frame 1a and the moving frame 1b, a connecting cord 12 is guided from the upper portions of the fixed frame 1a and the moving frame 1b to each frame through cord guiding rollers 10a and 10b, and the end of the connecting cord 12 is hooked onto turn rollers 9a and 9b in the lower portions of the frames and reversed, and connected to the end of the guide member 6 and stretched.
