PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine which elongates the serviceable life of a cloth by constituting a treatment element into such a state as rotating smoothly and moving in the moving direction while rotating, and reduces the power consumption by providing a superior rotation operation to reduce the frictional resistance. SOLUTION: This massage machine is provided with a first treatment element gear 15 and a second treatment gear 16 rotatable respectively, a first treatment element 21 and a second treatment element 22 disposed in eccentric positions in the first treatment element gear 15 and the second treatment gear 16 respectively, rotating about shafts parallel to the respective shaft centers of the first treatment element gear 15 and the second treatment gear 16 and rotating about shafts orthogonally crossing with the respective shaft centers of the first treatment element gear 15 and the second treatment gear 16, and a drive rotary shaft 13 transmitting the rotation to the first treatment element gear and the second treatment gear.
