PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily return clarified oil in a clarification container to a fryer after completion of a frying work using oil over a predetermined time period and after maters suspended in the oil are settled in the clarification container. SOLUTION: In this device wherein a clarified portion of the oil is drawn by a pump so as to be returned through a pipe, the pipe is made expandable an a flat plate is attached to the suction port of the pipe so that suspended matters below the plate cannot be easily drawn in, and moreover if air is drawn into the pipe, pressure drop in the pipe is detected by a sensor, thereby stopping the oil transfer pump.
