PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top plate excellent in impact resistance, and easy in disposal, and a table using this top plate. SOLUTION: This top plate 20 of the table 10 is composed of a first part 31, a second part 32, and a third part 33, and the respective parts 31, 32, and 33 are formed by molding a synthetic resin as a hollow structure. The first part 31 abuts on the second part 32, and the second part 32 abuts on the third part 33. A level difference is formed in an abutting part 31a of the first part 31, abutting parts 32a and 32b of the second part 32, and an abutting part 33a of the third part 33. A joining member of a material equal to the top plate 20 is attached to the top plate 20.
