PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ventilation of a shoe by feeding air into the shoe. SOLUTION: The upper and the sole of this shoe 1 respectively have spaces 2 and 3 accommodating air, air inlets 2a and 3a, air outlets 2b and 3b, and valves 2c and 3c connecting to the spaces. An action like pumping is developed when the shoe 1 is bent, stretched and shrunk in walking, so that air is fed into the shoe 1 to improve the ventilation of the shoe 1.
