The invention relates to a proportional flux synchronous machine employed in electrical engineering. The proportional flux synchronous machine comprises a rotor assembly (2) lying between a stator assembly (1) which has an exterior stator (14) corresponding to an exterior rotor (19) and interior stator (17) corresponding to an interior rotor (21) whereon there are the windings of the coils (13, 16, 18, 20) and is characterized in that in order to satisfy the condition that the electromagnetic fluxes alternate proportionally, simetrically and with opposite polarities in the air gaps, the moment induced/taken over by both electromagnetic torques shall maintain in dynamic balance the rotor assembly (2) fixed by means of two shields (22, 23) and laid in the stator assembly (1).
