PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of guide tubes to be stabbed into a celom by sharing a path for inserting a plurality of instruments in the case of diagnosing or examining the inside of the celom and giving necessary treatment in addition by percutaneous insertion. SOLUTION: In an endoscope body 12 provided with the illumination part 14 and the observation part 13 of an endoscope 10, the diameter of an insertion part rod 11 connected to the endoscope is reduced and is connected to a position eccentric with respect to the endoscope body 12. This endoscope 10 is inserted into the inside of the celom through the guide tube 30 stabbed into it through a body skin. After guiding out the endoscope body 12 form the tube 30, the rod 11 is turned by 180 deg. around a shaft. Then, a prescribed space into which a treating tool 20 can be inserted is formed from the inside of the tube 30 to its front side, thereby the tool 20 can be inserted into the tube 30 together with the endoscope. |
