PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a bathtub by which a person taking a bath is able to hold his posture without having an experience of a cold feeling. SOLUTION: As the handrail projected to the inside of the bathtub 50, a bathtub fitting part 20 fitted on the side wall 52 of the bathtub 50 and a handrail fixing bolt for fixing the handrail 10 on the bathtub fitting part 20 are provided, it is unnecessary for the person taking a bath to hold out his front arm and hand from the warm water in the bathtub 50 even when the person taking a bath grasps the handrail. Therefore, the person taking a bath is able to hold his posture without having the experience of a cold feeling. In addition, as the bathtub fitting part 20 is not a part of the bathtub but it is fitted to the bathtub 50, even in the case of a conventional bathtub 50 having hitherto no handrail projected to the inside of the bathtub 50, the handrail projected to the inside of the bathtub 50 can be used by the person taking a bath. |
