SOLUTION: This end surface polishing device comprises a pressing means for fixing a bar-like member and pressing an end surface of the bar-like member onto a polishing sheet and a driving means for driving the polishing sheet in a roulette shape in which the sheet moves on circumference parallel with the end surface of the bar-like member while rotating.
