PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goldfish dip up tool with a dip up paper hard to be broken by an unexpected impact in case of laminating them when packing them or during the handling of them and easy to be stretched for use. SOLUTION: This goldfish dip up tool is formed of a ring-like frame 2 provided with a grip 1 and an engagement ring 3 to be engaged with the peripheral surface of the ring-like frame 2 freely to be removed, and the dip up paper 4 is stretched between the ring-like frame 2 and the engagement ring 3. An upper end of the engagement ring 3 is formed with a flange part 8 projected inside to cover a circumferential part 4a abutting on the upper end surface of the ring-like frame 4 of the dip up paper 4. With this structure, even in case of laminating the goldfish dip up tools, a direct contact of the adjacent goldfish dip up tool with the dip up paper 4 is prevented, and a breakdown of the dip up paper 4 due to the friction can be prevented. Even if an unexpected impact is applied to the ring-like frame 2 during the handling, a direct contact of a finger with the dip up paper 4 is prevented to prevent a breakdown of the dip up paper 4.
