PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and variously usable sunshade device. SOLUTION: This portable sunshade is formed as a bag-shaped double structure in which for forming a double ring body having a short circle ring having one side overlapping with an elliptic ring out of a freely flexible and bendable core material is formed, light shielding cloth 2 is stretched over the whole of the inside of the double ring body, and the edge side is opened in a range surrounded by the short circle ring, and has a string body 4 and a connecting part 3 for maintaining a flexible bending state when deflecting and bending the elliptic ring in a U shape in the lengthwise direction.
